We Act On Your Behalf Throughout The Following 5 Stages:

1. Due Diligence Process

We first run your project through our due diligence process, where we conduct a complete feasibility study, develop concept designs to determine the most cost effective design and form an initial cost estimate for a 'design' and 'design and construct' package at no cost to the you. 

2. Detailed Designs 

 We then act on your behalf to liaise with 3rd parties to eliminate clashes, negotiate easements and wayleaves and coordinate relocation of assets to prepare a complete detailed design of your project that is compliant with DA conditions and signed-off by our in-house RPEQ. 

3. Approval Process

We then manage the approval process, where we submit the detailed designs to councils, TMR, Energex and NBN to get your first project off the ground. Most projects for first time developers are design and construct, which mitigates any risk to you as the developer. 

4. Construction   Coordination 

Throughout the construction phase, we coordinate the project until the end. To ensure a seamless delivery, we work closely with the contractor, providing technical support, maintaining the project schedule and validating progress claims and variation requests.

 5. Project Close Out

For project reconciliation and close out, we ensure all relevant documentation is promptly processed. And then lastly, we issue an Energex Certificate of Electricity Supply and NBN or Telstra provisioning documentation so your project is ready for plan sealing.
